Looking for a Website Developer who has more of an artistic approach.
A Sense of artistry in their designs / color pallet / layout of header and main body.
The website design that is required is a step beyond the obvious words in boxes
that is commonplace in the Word Press and DRUPAL templates.
Freelance Designer.
