Description

The Operations Field Tech. duties involve the operation and maintenance of the water delivery system of Moab Irrigation District No. 20 and as such is responsible for the delivery of safe/potable water to water users of the District. The Operations Field Tech. operates, repairs, water quality tests and maintains the Districts water distribution system facilities and associated equipment including, but not limited to: mains, services, meters, fire hydrants, pumps, and valve (manual); may perform modifications and new equipment installation. The Operations Field Tech. is appointed by the Board of Directors of the District and shall perform such duties as may be designated by the Board DOH Water Distribution Manager 1 license required.
