We would really like to find someone soon even though my husband doesn't start back to work until the 28th. We would like our new nanny to have a few hours here and there to get acquainted with Ben before 8+ hour long days. Our expectations of our nanny: * We would prefer to keep Ben at our house, but would consider other options on a case by case basis. * We need a nanny on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Most days would start at 7 am. I occasionally work a little later in the am on Tuesdays. My schedule changes daily and I usually don't know the exact time I have to work until the day before. It might be 6 or 6:30, or 7 etc. My husband leaves for work around 7 so that's the earliest we would need someone. I have every Wednesday off which is pretty set in stone. I occasionally have to stay late at work with extra add on cases but I would call to make sure that you are ok with staying a little later if that happens. *It would be easier if you had a car (with valid insurance
